The Canada First Basketball Experience Centre will offer hall-of-fame-quality information and physical engagement to generate repeat visitation to generate excitement, interaction and participation with fans of all ages.

I am sure that no man can derive more pleasure from money or power than I do from seeing a pair of basketball goals in some out of the way place.

  • It will be an innovative, immersive, differentiated product; a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that will create intense interest, and ultimately visitation and spending in New Brunswick.
  • Showcasing the Canadian history of the sport – Using digital technology and interactive hands-on basketball-themed activities, visitors will “experience” the history of the game of basketball and what it offers.

  • Memorabilia & artifacts.
  • The thrills, excitement, beauty, wonder, and awe of game play will all be conveyed through interactive multimedia displays and hands-on activities.
  • Digital technology will allow the same materials to be consistently displayed between the nodes of the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame.
  • The project will enable partnerships within the sports industry as well as with the Basketball Hall of Fame and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Massachusetts, further expanding our reach into a target NE USA market.
